Data Protection Officer

DPO Designation

JR Management has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with Articles 37–39 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The DPO is responsible for overseeing the organization's data protection strategy and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Responsibilities

The Data Protection Officer is tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Monitoring compliance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation
• Advising the organization on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Cooperating with the supervisory authority and acting as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries
• Serving as the primary point of contact for data subjects exercising their rights under the GDPR

Supervisory Authority
